If you check http://www.iloveradio.org you'll notice that the
categories display as a flat list only. I need them to display as a
hierarchical list. They are set to be hierarchical in the admin page,
but when the template renders them, they come out flat.

I'm using Wordpress 2.0 with the Kubrick template.

The code I am currently using is:

   <?php wp_list_cats('sort_column=name&optioncount=1&hierarchical=1'); ?>

And it does indeed do it in hierarchy... BUT it's missing categries with content!
