This question is in reference to the U.S. Green Building Council's
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) green building
rating system. (www.usgbc.org)
 
Question:  
 
I would like to receive 3 (three) sample Measurement and Verification
Plans,  consistent with the LEED-NC EAc5  requirements  (Leadership in
Energy  & Environmental Design-New Construction: Energy & Atmosphere
Credit 5 - Measurement and Verification).
 
The plans must be for new construction projects with total building
constructed value between US$5 million and US$25 million.  The
projects must be located in North America.
 
Each plan must be consistent with Option B, C or D of the 2001
International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP)
Volume I: Concepts and Options for Determining Energy and Water
Savings.  Each plan must also include an executive summary.
 
Identifiable personal information may be omitted from the plans.
