This question is in reference to the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system. (www.usgbc.org) Question: I would like to receive 3 (three) sample Measurement and Verification Plans, consistent with the LEED-NC EAc5 requirements (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design-New Construction: Energy & Atmosphere Credit 5 - Measurement and Verification). The plans must be for new construction projects with total building constructed value between US$5 million and US$25 million. The projects must be located in North America. Each plan must be consistent with Option B, C or D of the 2001 International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP) Volume I: Concepts and Options for Determining Energy and Water Savings. Each plan must also include an executive summary. Identifiable personal information may be omitted from the plans. Thanks. |
