Can you check on the availability of hotels in Central New York for 3
nights from December 2nd? It's for 1 couple, it needs to be equivalent
to 3 star+ and well located in a safe and convenient area (walking
distance from Empire State Building or other main attractions). Our
budget is $200 per night, so total $600 for the 3 nights!

There is no three-star hotel in New York City that charges $200 for
one room. You should either expect to spend several times that figure,
or lower your sights and settle for a one-star hotel. If you want to
be near the Empire State Building, the part of town you're interested
in is called midtown. If you say "Central New York", it sounds like
you're looking for a hotel room in the middle of New York State. You
should instead say that you want a room in "New York City midtown".

We have found something for the first night. I now need 2 nights (3rd
- 5th), preferably mid-town ... or at least easily accessible. We do
not need luxury, but something safe, clean with private bathroom. The
standard searches via the big websites are not helping. Does anyone
have a good contact that they can recommend which is available?
