rejus2005-ga,
Thanks for being patient while my son and I explored the available information.
This turned out to be quite complicated, because the traffic stats are
presented in so many different formats -- daily, yearly, hourly max,
one way traffic, two-way combined, all vehicles, vehicle breakouts,
and so on.
But I think we've managed to pinpoint the numbers that best meet your
needs, starting here:

2004 Annual Report of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Schedule G - Facility Traffic [page 87]
(Eastbound Traffic -- entering Manhattan)
George Washington Bridge
Automobiles 49,377,000 per year / 365 = 135,279 per day
Buses 606,000 / 365 = 1,660
Trucks 4,219,000 / 365 = 11,559
Total vehicles 54,202,000 / 365 = 148,499
Lincoln Tunnel
Automobiles 18,541,000 / 365 = 50,797
Buses 2,051,000 / 365 = 5,619
Trucks 1,141,000 / 365 = 3,126
Total vehicles 21,733,000 / 365 = 59,542

For the other crossings, the NYC Department of Transportation has a
comprehensive report of traffic in and out of Manhattan that analyzed
2003 data in great detail:
http://www.nyc.gov/html/dot/pdf/manrivercross03.pdf
2003 Manhattan River Crossings
[page 1 has a very handy map showing how the 948,213 vehicle crossings
per day into Manhattan cross over the numerous bridges and tunnels
that connect it to the rest of the world]
2003 Average Daily Traffic Volumes To and From Manhattan
[numbers shown are 'To Manhattan']
Brooklyn Bridge 67,483
Henry Hudson Bridge 38,509
Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel 31,394
Queens-Midtown Tunnel 47,180
Triborough Bridge 50,626
The above data are for total traffic flow into Manhattan.
Break out stats are available as well, but only for two-way combined traffic:
2003 MTABT & PANYNJ Facilities
24 Hour Two-Way Vehicle Classification
MTABT FACILITIES Autos Buses Trucks Total
Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel 51,322 2,400 2,549 56,271
Henry Hudson Bridge 71,769 0 440 72,209
Queens-Midtown Tunnel 77,807 1,145 6,425 85,377
Triborough Bridge 89,289 949 2,939 93,177
==========
Fortunately, there are data on total inflow/outflow that allow us to
figure the percentage of traffic coming into Manhattan for each
crossing:
[pg 70 entering v leaving Manhattan ]
Brooklyn-Battery 31,394 24,877 31.3/56.1 = 55.8%
[that is, 55.8% of the traffic through the Bklyn-Bty Tunnel is headed
INTO Manhattan]
Queens-Midtown 47,180 38,197 47.2/85.4 = 55.3%
Triborough Bridge 50,626 42,551 50.6/93.1 = 54.3%
Henry Hudson 38,509 33,700 38.5/72.2 = 53.3%
==========
So....using the above percents, we can pro-rate the break-out
statistics for inflow traffic only:
Daily Traffic Into Manhattan
MTABT FACILITIES Autos Buses Trucks Total
Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel 28,638 1,339 1,422 31,399
Henry Hudson Bridge 38,253 0 235 38,487
Queens-Midtown Tunnel 43,027 633 3,553 47,213
Triborough Bridge 48,484 515 1,596 50,595
==========
Hope that's all perfectly clear, and what you needed.
But as always, if there's anything else we can do for you, just let us
know by posting a Request for Clarification.
Thanks a lot,
