I am in the midst of starting a clothing company based out of
california. i was woundering if california requires a business license
to operate a website 1, and 2, how do i go about squaring my tax
issues with the business come tax time. i know i wont be making a
killing at first, but how do i make sure that what i do i do right. so
far the only thing i have done for that issue is get me a tax id
number.
