I have a problem with my eyes I can't name. It happens when me and
some other people are looking to the same place at the same time, my
eyes catches somebody else's eyes and never leaves. So the other
person understands this and get nerves about it like me.
Or like in the cinema, again my eyes catches someother eyes and never
leaves and I can't watch the movie peacefuly.
I would like to know what is this problem and how it is named and solved.
 thanks

I can satisfy more information if required.

Something like this?:

"A syndrome combining paralysis of visual fixation, optic ataxia, and
impairment of visual fixation. It is marked by inability to execute
voluntary movement in response to visual stimuli. Despite normal field
of view and normal acuity the patients perceives only one object, from
which he can hardly move his eyes, while all other objects are not
recognised. A rare disorder of oculomotor function due to bilateral
lesions of the parietal and occipital lobes."

One more example: While I drive the car if some other person is
sitting next to me I face the same problem. My eyes cathces the others
eyes at the same time. It is like looking to somebody's eyes for very
long time, which is quite disturbing.
The thing is that if people are not involved there is no ploblem.
I am also good in face to face conversations most of the time.
