There used to be a website where you could upload pictures and have
people choose between two things, such as "Atari or Nintendo". It
would track all your questions and the percentages of what people
chose.

Anyone remember this site? It's driving me NUTS!

I'll bet you are remembering whatsbetter.com, as described here:

Unfortunately, it appears the site isn't there anymore. :-(
