Are you intending to rent the building permanently, or continue to use
it as a church and rent it for events  - maybe lectures, slide or film
showings, concerts?

If the latter, of course you want to lay down some rules about what
can go on; have a contract that spells that out, including a catch-all
clause and one that allows you to exercise the right to stop an event
that breaches the contract.
And then use the contract, even if renting to the Girl Scouts or a
music teacher who is holding a recital.
