I have a mitsubishi TV model cs-35mx1 that continually rolls
vertically. I have soldering tools and am handy. Is this a capacitor
that is easy to change/troubleshoot. Need tips on how to fix and where
to find the part.

I cant say that I know, but would like to inform you of somthing you may not know.

Tvs Contain a lot of eletricity EVEN when they are unplugged, you most
likly wont get seriuously injured, but it will probably scare the crap
out of, and will hurt badly, I know from experiance ;(
