How can I create .DWN file and extract .DWN format file,
I want to know the contain of this files and make necessary change to it,

How do I make changes to this type of file,
My device is having a IP Address and when I
open the same with IP Address in Internet Explorer ,
it comes with and .html file, I want to modify
the contain of this. Is it this .dwn files contain
.html files while compilation. I'm more interested
in opening the same and modify the contain.

Seems like you'd need the referenced CrossCodeC Assembler
program to access or modify it, and I can't tell you where
to find that.
You might try using Resource Hacker. It can open any
executable and allows you to make modifications of it.
It's meant to work with Windows executables, so I don't
know if it will work with a .dwn file, but you can try:

I have already tried the same thing in resource hacker but it does not
open this type file. Please suggest me some proper solution for the
same

I had no luck locating a program that would open this
type of file. Perhaps another researcher will be able
to locate such a program.
