I'm looking for basic statistics about the top cities (one list,
including US and foreign cities) for *all* visitors--not air travel,
but visitors. I have scattered info, but it's not from one source, so
the metrics are all different, making things confusing to interpret.
As a benchmark, I know that NYC had approx 39m visitors in 2003.

The list should look like this:

City       #Visitors           Year/Source

I'm looking for the actual data, and don't want to have to pay an
additional fee to access the info.
