What percent of the time does a student sign a letter of intent to
attend a college (they may never even set one foot on campus) and then
go on to graduate from that school (or an equivalent school withing
say 6 years)?

Instead of starting way back when they sign a letter of intent, how
about starting with students who enroll in at least one semester of
school. What percent of time does that person graduate within 6 years
of registering for that first semester?
