Who owns a vanity phone number ?  Are is it yours as long as you pay
the bill and don't break any laws ?  Is there anyway to protect it ? 
Where can i see it in print ?  After you obtain one and you put years
of advertisement dollars into it, it becomes a valuable asset. Thanks,
