The City of Mankato Minnesota recently advertised for qualifications
for manufacturers of ultrafilter membranes for use at the new water
treatment plant. The engineer was Earthtech of Plymouth Minnesota. The
announcement of who is prequalified was supposed to be out to the
public on the 24th. I want to know who was prequalified and the point
ranking if possible. This is public information, I just don't know how
to get it. Maybe through the Mankato Finance department (purchasing).
