Hi
I suppose there are numerous researches on this topic. Yet, before
looking for them, if I were you, I would rather create a research and
analysis of my own.
-
First start with the statistical figures from the national statistical
instite. The latest indicators in English are given here (november
2005) http://www.indec.mecon.ar/indec/ingles/eng_ISAC-ud.xls. You will
also find a link to the Spanish version of the data in the same file.
Now visit this link. You will notice that it is pretty easy to
understand the relevant information in Spanish, (I personally do not
use this language). If in trouble, all you will have to do is just
translate a word or two in each file (use google trans -
://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en ) to see what data there
is. This should take not more than 10 minutes.
--------------------
If however you already have that info and you need a ready-made
research, here are some suggestions:
On the 16 January 2006, Corporate Argentina, (a newswire monitoring
the Argentinian marketplace) gave the following extract from La Nación
- Economía, under the headline: Argentina: House prices to keep rising
this year
" Most of real-estate companies and developers forecast that house
prices will keep rising in 2006, at least in the most demanded
neighborhoods of the Federal District. Despite over one million square
meters of apartments are to be inaugurated in the next twelve months,
second-hand house prices are likely to register an increase of up to
10%. Rises in new houses will be higher and could reach 20%.
Properties in neighborhoods like Barrio Norte, Recoleta, Belgrano,
Caballito, Palermo and Puerto Madero, the most demanded areas of
Buenos Aires, are to report the highest rises.
This abstract is provided by Internet Securities, Inc. So I suppose
that you could go directly to http://www.securities.com/ and ask for
the relevant data there.

BONUS: ((: A COOL PLACE TO FIND THE DATA :))
One more interesting place to search for information are the most
active international players at that market. If you look for famous
names you will defintely find what you are looking for.
For example, Colliers recently issued a report on Buenos Ajres which
was commented in the 29 November issue of Dow Jones Commodities
Service. It starts like this... The average leasing price for premium
office space in Buenos Aires is projected to rise 42% between 2005 and
2008, while vacancies are expected to drop to a historic low,
according to an annual report released Tuesday by international real
estate brokerage firm Colliers. Unfortunately I have the data, but
cannot provide it directly. But, if you are still interested, rather
than reading the article, just go to the following site :)

Do bother to open the Spanish language analyses as well. Because they
also contain an English version.
Hope this answers your question :)
Can find for much more. But would rather stop here...
