Dear archae0pteryx,

The common Flemish/Dutch diminutive of the female name "Antonette" is:
"Teuntje". This is also a very old form that has been in use for many
centuries, so it would do fine in a medieval setting.

Best regards,
Scriptor

Thanks, Scriptor.

Would the "eu" have the same pronunciation as it has in German?

And if I wanted to render a close equivalent of "Nettie," what would it be?

Dear archae0pteryx,

The Dutch/Flemish "eu" is pronounced like a German "ö". And as a close
equivalent to "Nettie", the alternative Flemish diminutive "Netta"
certainly is what you are looking for.

Scriptor
