Using various article databases that index boating magazines, I find
several reviews for this model boat. The review for your year was
printed in Jan. 1991. As one ad reads, "1991 Formula 29PC,
Commissioned in 1992" the review is likely for the release of the
upcoming year's model, as reviews tend to be.
The magazines with these reviews are likely to be in your local
library, though the full-text is not available in the online databases
these magazines are indexed in, and you can search for the magazine
titles in your library's online catalog. If your library does not have
the magazines, you can make interlibrary loan requests for the
specific articles by contacting your library. You can also contact the
magazines directly for reprints, contact information below.
While clarifying the manufacturer and full model name, I also found
several ads. Model names and numbers/lengths have changed somewhat
through time, and you can see current models on the Formula Boats
