I'm looking for a list of annual animation festivals that are designed
specifically for beginning to intermediate animators. If the contest
is only for college/high school/etc. students, I'm not interested.
Weblinks need to be included with the contest info. Also, major
national level animation festivals are way out of my league...but if
you feel like listing them, that would be alright (just mark them
appropriately so I know they are).

An example of a smaller festival would be the Port City Animation
Festival or Blue Plum Animation Festival.
