I would like to have the following English phrase translated into Latin: "Water mothered from light" Intertran came up with ?unda matris ex lux lucis.? I'm not sure how grammatically accurate it is. Also, could you provide a phoetic translation as well, so that I know how to properly pronounce it? Thank you! VonVol |

It's hard to translate something without knowing the exact meaning of the original. What do you mean by "Water mothered from light"? |

metaphorically, I'm want it to mean that light gives birth to water, where light takes on a female personification. I could have said "water born from light," but I want in to be in a feminine form. Thanks |
