How to plan a marathon event?  What are the permits, policies,
equipment, people, commitees, sponsers, volunteers, sponserships,
marketing, finance, operations, and event timelines needed to plan a
marathon race?  Everytime I look on the internet I find how to train
for a marathon, but I need to plan a special event marathon?
