In the mid 1970s, the Philippine Government launched a program of
pre-fabricated primary school buildings.  What were the results of
this program?

I found President Marcos' Decree on what may be the same project here:

But since I was not to be born until a few months after this document
was passed, I wouldn't know what became of this project. It may have
went on successfully, but I was not aware since this was not very much
publicized afterwards. I will see what information I can dig up along
the way.

This is the same project.  I was aware of this decree.
