I found President Marcos' Decree on what may be the same project here: http://www.lawphil.net/statutes/presdecs/pd1975/pd_703_1975.html But since I was not to be born until a few months after this document was passed, I wouldn't know what became of this project. It may have went on successfully, but I was not aware since this was not very much publicized afterwards. I will see what information I can dig up along the way. |
