There's no way a researcher can tell you FOR SURE.

I can, as you say, "provide detailed information and
my opinion", but I won't post this as an answer until
you confirm that it is enough.

Unfortunately, this site has some mixed results:

- The Registrant and Administrative contact given
when the site was registered is a real person
with real and verifiable contact information:

      Nancy Brandt
      1969 co hwy 2
      Ada, MN 56510
      US
      Phone: 1-218-7844093
      Email: crisp@ma-uit-la.tv

But the site was first registered on:

Created on..............: Sun, Jan 08, 2006
Expires on..............: Mon, Jan 08, 2007

This is not a good sign at all. It was *just* created,
and is only registered for a year. This can be the
sign of a take-the-money-and-run operation, or a sign
of a low budget and lack of confidence in the business.
Solid, established companies like Google register for
10 years at a time.
http://www.allwhois.com/

On the plus side, the phone number of the Registrant
and Administrative contact, 1-218-784-4093, checks
out as belonging to a Robert Brandt, at the address
given, in Minnesota:
http://www.whitepages.com/10001/search/Reverse_Phone?phone=218-784-4093

On the negative side, a search for the email address
given by the Registrant turns up only one result.
The email address is hidden in the source code for a
web page with a flash presentation on a Romanian
website.

The Google search:

crisp@ma-uit-la.tv
://www.google.com/search?q=crisp%40ma-uit-la.tv

The single result page:
http://www.cornulprest.ro/index2.swf

If you select View -> Page source or View -> Source
from your browser's toolbar, and do a search for
"mailto", you'll see the email address.

The company's address and phone numbers, as given
on their 'about' page, are:

Address: 64 Belgame Road, London, SW5 9PE, UK
Toll Free Number: +44-800-471-5000
Fax Number: +44-20-7760-7241
http://www.electronics-powersale.com/about.html

Searches for both the address and all its variations,
as well as for the phone numbers, came up dry.

So, while it's theoretically possible that a person
or group or company in London has made arrangements
with a web designer in Minnesota to register a site
she designed in her name, and she uses an email
address which is found in the source code of a
webpage she designed for a transportation company
in Romania:
http://www.cornulprest.ro/

...and the company in London has limited funds so
that they only want to register the site for a year
at a time...

Then I suppose it's possible that this is a legitimate
company in whom you can have the greatest trust.

I would tend not to believe this was so, and would
probably pursue the issue, if I wasn't already
convinced, but sending an email and/or placing a
call to Nancy Brandt in Minnesota.

Please post a Clarification and let me know if this
satisfies your interests in posing this question, or
if further clarification is needed before this is the
case.

Benny,

In addition to the good detective work from my colleague, sublime1-ga,
I want to add a further caution.

The site includes a button at the page-bottom for the "BBBOnline
Reliability Program".

Yet, a Check of BBBOnline does not show any company by the name
electronics-powersale, or Electronics Megastore:

http://www.bbbonline.org/consumer/Relresult.asp?letter=E

If you click on the text on the left-hand side of the BBB page that says:

Report Misuse of BBBOnLine Seals

you can send them an email about electronics-powersale, and ask them
to confirm whether or not they are a BBBOnline participant.

If they are not, then BEWARE!!!!!

Given the additional input by my colleague answerfinder-ga,
in confirming that the address and phone number given on
this newly-created site do not exist, as well as the
existence of a sister site stated to be under the auspices
of the same company, Online Shopping Store, I now feel
confident in asserting that FOR SURE, this is not a
reputable company with whom you should feel safe doing
business.

The point that my colleague pafalafa-ga makes about the
company's absence on the BBB's list of registered sites,
despite the use of the BBB logo on the site, is also
telling and very much appreciated.

The additional information provided in the comment
by hardtofindbooks-ga are also useful and appreciated.

So I will reiterate my initial findings here in the answer
box for the sake of future readers.

And, as suggested by pafalafa-ga you can also email the
BBB at bbbonlinets@cbbb.bbb.org and inquire as to the
legitimacy of the use of their seal on this website.

bennygill-ga and sublime1-ga(take this as part of your answer)

I'm in the UK. I telephoned the both numbers and there is a message
that this number is no longer in use.

The address does not exist. I have checked with the Post Office, Post code Finder.

A similar site appears here.
www.wholesale-electronics-shop.com/about.html

Also they are asking for Western Union payment. This means that if
things go wrong it will be almost impossible to trace where the money
went.

Additionally the website is virtually identical to
http://www.wholesale-electronics-shop.com including alleged addresses
and contact phone numbers.
The Street address brings up no hits other than their own site and it
cannot be found on www.streetmap.co.uk

domain registration for www.wholesale-electronics-shop.com yields
Tech Name............ PrivateRegContact TECH
Tech Address......... P O Box 99800
Tech Address.........
Tech Address......... EmeryVille
Tech Address......... 94662
Tech Address......... CA
Tech Address......... US
Tech Email........... contact@myprivateregistration.com
Tech Phone........... +1.5105952002
Tech Fax.............
Name Server.......... yns1.yahoo.com
Name Server.......... yns2.yahoo.com

which means it has been registered cheaply through yahoo a very common
practice by scammers
google the keywords 'box' '99800' and 'scam' and see what comes up

altogether I'd call that pretty certain

"Street address" in the above should read "street name"

Benny - I know you wanted to know "For sure", but I think that
sublime-ga has more or less given you an answer, and you might want to
pay him (or answerfinder) for their work.
