Hi judyca, Panasonic has made the Operating Instructions available on the web at: http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/KXFHD331.PDF You will need the free Adobe Reader software to read this file. Once you open it in Adobe Reader, you will be able to print it as well as read it. Search Strategy A search for "panasonic fax machine manual" (without quotes) led to the Laser Fax FAQ on Panasonic's web site. There I clicked on "support". I found I had to enter the model number with a hyphen after the "KX" to find the support page for this model. On the support page for this specific model, there was a link to the operating instructions. This actually led to a manual search page where I had to re-enter the model number. Adobe Reader is quite widely distributed, but if you need any help with installing or using it, please ask for a clarification and I can advise you. Regards, --efn |
