I'm looking for the total number of the following types of companies:
- Film & TV production
- Theater
- Corporate entertainment/trade shows

Would like stats for US primarily, although global numbers are helpful
too. If you can provide trends (are numbers growing & by how much)
you'll get a nice bonus.
