I need a national list of low income subsidy individuals, over age 65,
that ARE NOT dual eligible for Medicare and must include contact
information with name, address, city, state and zip.

Such information is subject to privacy protection. I doubt that
distribution of such a list would be legal.

If the distribution of this information is illegal, I don't want it.  

I've heard that the information is available to the public but you may
have to show up in person to see it.

Figured it might be difficult.  Still wanted to try.
