My outlook 2003 has 1.87 gig abytes of data. But when I opened the
program it is not showing all the mail. It started doing this on
1/16. Till then it was always showing all my messages. I read somwhere
that Outlook has a limit for data.If that's the case I am willing to
delete some messages, but I have to open it first. Any help in this
regard would be appreciated.

thanks
Dan

I am not getting any error. The program's mail delivery location is
changed automatically to another folder since the original location is
1.87 gig.
So I am seeing the new mails on the new location. I tried to force
the mail delivery location to the old one mannually under mail setup,
but it didn't work.
I am willing to split the 1.8 gig file if that is the problem.
