exchange rate, what sort of monetary policy should it use?

i think increasing the money supply
that lowers the interest rates
with these low interest rates, investing domestically by foreign
countries will go down, causing the exchange rate to drop as they pull
out
with the fall in exchange rates, net exports will go up
