You're correct in that the fact that the registrant's name
and contact information (in this case a hosting company)
matches their website's contact information doesn't speak
directly to the validity of the company using that host.
It does say that the hosting company is likely reputable,
and might therefore tend to try and work with more reputable
businesses, and it's certainly better than one of the other
sites I researched for you, where the registrant was not
only used to hide the business contact information, but
was, itself, inaccurate and meant to hide the registrant's
contact information, as well.
The comment by answerfinder-ga is worth consideration,
however, I believe the comment on the website:
"Our company are registered in Malaysia, if you are a
genuine buyer ask us for the information we will give
it to you by Fax or Email and you can check with our
embassy in your country. Simple as that."
...can be understood to mean that the website at
www.myservices2u.biz may be one of several sites
or businesses which are under the umbrella of a
company of a different name which *is* officially
registered in Malaysia.
It certainly can't hurt to email them and see what
they have to say.
As for www.ecompany2u.com and its similarity to
www.myservices2u.biz, this doesn't necessarily mean
anything. It's not uncommon for a newer business to
model itself after an existing successful one, both
in terms of operation and web design. This is like
all the car dealerships that show up on a certain
street in your city. It's very likely there's some
networking among owners of similar businesses.
In this case, the CEO of myservices2u is also the
listed registrant for ecompany2u:

identifies himself on myservices2u as MD KUSHAIRI.
The Yahoo email address doesn't inspire confidence,
but it's not unheard of.
As for FOR SURE, it's extremely difficult to tell
about the validity of a company in another country

It's fairly easy to add up enough negatives to prove
unreliability, but almost impossible to prove validity.
One can only surmise. If, for example, the variation
of the CEOs name in the ecompany2u registration,
ALI, MOHD KUSHAIRI, is equivalent to the person who
is accepting applications for a Business Development
Manager on the SEPAKAT COMPUTER CONSULTANT company

Sadly, the website for the Companies Commission of
Malaysia has some flaws. Searching it with only the
name Sepakat, with no state specified returns 150
results, which it won't list, as there are too many.
Yet selecting each of the states from the drop-down
menu returns no results at all for Sepakat.
Entering Sepakat Computer Consultant Sdn Bhd
returns no results, because the actual listing is
Sepakat Computer Consultant SDN. BHD. That's
just a little too picky to be of any real use.
But that company *is* registered:

And again, it may well be the umbrella for the sites
