Dear gotoblack,

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published a basic
list of foods containing high amounts of potassium. Please follow this
link [1] to access the list:
http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/dga2005/document/html/appendixB.htm

If you need a much more extensive list of potassium-containing
nutrients, issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, please follow
this link [2]; note that the document is a PDF file:
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR18/nutrlist/sr18w306.pdf
You will get an extensive list of foods, sorted by their potassium
content in descending order.

For additional nutrition data, please follow this link [3]:
http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=9673

I hope that these lists will help you increase your potassium intake!
Best regards,
Scriptor
