In a park in Johannesburg South Africa. I am sure this is some sort of
society like the Masons.

Hi,

I have studied myself a bit of latin, "inarte" doesn't exist, it
should be "in arte". About "douartas", no idea...

The structure of the sentence is similar to the latin proverb: "in
vino veritas" (truth in wine)

Good luck,

Lannaeus
