I am looking for the average sales/income/profit data for small wine
and gourmet food shops (less than 5 employees) in the US and more
specifically, NH and MA. This woudl most effectively come from the sea
of US Census data, however, I do not wish to consider liquor sales. In
simple terms, I want to know what the average Joe that runs a
berr/wine/gourmet food shop brings in in sales dollars per year from
the low end to the high end.
