I want a clipart image of inside a cafe and one of inside an office building.

Here is an example of what I am looking for:

Details:
- Must be royalty-free.
- Can be free or paid (price within reason)
- Could be from subscription or CD software package
- Could be created from scratch by yourself
- Must be 3-D like the example given above, but bigger.
- I would like (not required) the clipart images to be able to work
with Microsoft PowerPoint. Meaning...I would like to be able to import
in PowerPoint, ungroup the image, and move parts around.
- The Café needs to have things like tables, bar, etc.
- The office building needs two or three floors with a lounge, mostly
small offices, etc.
- Both clipart images should be a similar style
