what is the skin at the tip of your elbow called that is very stretchy
and has very few nerve endings? and i would like to know the actual
name, not the slang name wenis or weenis. and if you find the medical
name please send me the site you found it from.

I think you are going to find there is no specialised medical term for
this. It is usually just 'the skin over your elbow' or similar. This
is from considerable googling, several online dictionaries including
medical, and the print complete Oxford English Dictionary and Gould's
Medical Dictionary.

As far as I'm aware, there is no specific medical term for this area of skin.

I have found no evidence that a specific medical term for this skin
exists. If I were to coin such a term, I might call elbow skin
"olecranal skin" or "olecranon skin." This may be of interest:
