I missed out on a world cup ticket in germany, via the fifa website. 
I also missed out on the tickets allocated to my country's soccer
association.  
How can i legally acquire a ticket, especially involving england or
australia, without having to pay through my nose.  i understand that
its illegal to sell tickets on ebay. how else can i get them?
