What is Chico's FAS advertising budget?

From their annual report:

2003 - $27.3 million
2002 - $18.8 million
2001 - $12.8 million

"Advertising Costs
Costs associated with advertising are charged to expense as incurred
except for catalogs, which are amortized over the life of the
catalog (typically less than six weeks). For fiscal 2003, 2002 and
2001, advertising costs of approximately $27.3 million, $18.8
million, and $12.8 million, respectively, are included in general,
administrative and store operating expenses."
