Need a Program in SAS to produce a report based on a dataset. The
dataset contains seven columns. The report should of a very good
format.
The seven columns are Study, Site, Patient, Count1, Count2, Count 3,
Count 4, Count5.
The report should be grouped by Study, Site.
The output format should look like

Center Align <Report Title>
Right Align <Date/Time> 

Left Align STUDY        : STUDY
Left Align SITE         : SITE

Followed by a table Similar too
SITE  : NUMBER

The data is in a sas data set. Tried using SAS report. Have not ever
used it before, so failed in my attempts.

Also the third column should be formatted with a number followed by %
denoting its a percentage.
