I would like to explore thesaurus add-ins for microsoft word. I am unhappy with the breadth and functionality of the built-in thesaurus. From where can I get a list of available thesuarus add-ins? As a comment by anyone, what are decent (non-Microsoft) sites for looking at all types of Word add-ins? Thanks. |

I'm unaware of any Word Thesaurus addins, tho that certainly doesn't mean there aren't any. I'm also unaware of any site that has many Word addins with which you'd be impressed, such as most are impressed with the number of Excel addins at http://www.add-ins.com/ However, whenever I want a thesaurus, I use www.dictionary.com, and tick the Thesaurus button. It works really great, tons of words, etc... ~Anne Troy |

I'm also looking for an addin such as this. Doing a std. Google search for "MS Word Thesaurus" turned up nothing useful except (perhaps) this: WordWeb Pro I have not used this tool so I can't comment on its efficacy. -Khurram Hashmi |
