I have numerous custom task views set up in Outlook that I would like to lock, so that I can't blow away a custom view when I accidentally click on one of the column headers. I have researched this for a while and the only suggestion that I have found is the following: You can?t prevent users from customizing views. The closest you can come is preventing any of their changes from being persistent by setting View.LockUserChanges = True. Does anyone know what to do with this command or what it does exactly. I am not a programmer and have no idea where I would need to make this change. I guess it has something to do with the Outlook Object Model. |
