Here is the translation, with a brief note added:

"At the center of the study are the pespectives of graduates of the
last stage of vocational apprenticeship [1] and of the first term of
the biennal vocational basic training with Swiss Federal Vocational
Certificate (collected at the end of, respectively one year after
completion of education); of vocational educators at vocational
schools and in firms (collected at the end of vocational education);
and of employers (collected one year after the end of vocational
education)."

[1] I used "vocational apprenticeship" to translate the Swiss term
"Anlehre" which means a special kind of vocational education of 12, 18
or 24 months, which is attended by adolescents who would not be able
to complete the regular vocational education of four years, for social
or health reasons.
