"Enxuta Corporation" such as:

1. The correct spelling of the name
2. Their industry 
3. Major products and/or services
4. The state the company operated/operates in

And so on.

As far as you know, is there any connection to the "MedTest" home HIV
test that was taken off the market by the FDA in 1999:

brazilian and I can't find a U.S. office for them. Are you sure you
have the correct spelling?

An employees co-operative is currently the manager of Brazilian
washing machine producer Enxuta, headquartered in Caxias do Sul (Rio
Grande do Sul). The company was discontinued by late 2001 due to a
debt worth R$100mil, with suppliers, government and employees. The
owner of Enxuta, Paulo Triches, assigned buildings, equipment,
software and the brand Enxuta to Eletrocoop (Cooperativa de Producao
Industrial de Eletrodomesticos de Caxias Ltda.). The co-operative,
comprised of 317 ex-employees will negotiate an R$4.2mil credit line.
According to feasibility studies the new company could post a net
profit of R$2mil within 18 months. Over the past years, Enxuta
reported an annual turnover of R$100mil.
