I am looking for a website where I can plug in a zip code and it will
output a list of useful city resources (and their contact info) in
that area.

Examples for city resources:
utilities, phone, cable, gas, dead animal pick up, police, fire AND
the phone/addresses for: nearest hospital/emergency room, vet, park,
etc.

Goal is to have someone send me their zip code and I will be able to
give them all this information fairly quickly.

yes, but it's too difficult to find the customized contact info for a
zip code that will change with each new request
