Or, get a major city yellow pages, look under restaurant equipment,
and start calling.

A lot of restaurants fail, so their equipment may end up at liquidation auctions.

I am surprised that you did not get a decent answer at $80.  Maybe the
Google researchers do not look back for price increases on week-old or
older questions.  Try cancelling this question, and ask it anew, with
the $80 price.  It should get attention from some of these Google
people who are really good at this sort of thing.  I am amazed by the
thoroughness of many of their answers.
