I was given a ticket last night for 'public urination"....it was 1AM
on a side street on the UES.

Th Sec. on the ticket is 16-18 Sub. 6

I am supposed to appear in court in March...or I can mail in a "not guilty" plea.

Any advice???? I would prefer to get this dismissed if possible.

Is this criminal?
