Complete a literature survey containing at least 50 papers spanning
science and engineering journals, conferences and thesis (PhD and
Masters) that can be fully accessed on the internet for free (via pdf
or word or whatever) which fall under the general topic of:

-The mechanical and/or thermal effects of exposure to cryonics fluids
on laminated fiber-reinforced composite materials; in particular,
studies of this topic that study the micromechanical and/or molecular
mechanisms involved in fiber-matrix bond degredation.

Sort all papers into relevant subsections and provide short summaries of each paper.

I am dropping the requirment of providing summaries of each paper, and
also allowing half (25) of the papers to be only abstracts available
at conference, journal, or scientific websites where in order to see
the full paper a fee is required.

You ain't gonna' get what you want for $20.

Try using Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com) and search on
"mechanical thermal effect exposure cryogenic fluid" (without the
quotes). You'll get pages of citations to relevant literature.
