1.  Future trends predict the continued growth of virtual teams and
telecommuting.  As a project manager, you may be asked to come up with
some guidelines for telecommuting for your team members.  How would
you address the roles of and responsibilities for telecommuters or
remotely located teams and how would you deal with low performing or
non performing team members?


2.  Many cultures do not view time in the manner that we do in the
United States.  For instance, we view time as money, strongly dislike
wasting time, and perceive being late to meetings as unaacceptable, In
other countries, for instance, those in the Middle East, the
perception of time is very different.  How will you accomodate such
differences in global organizations? Are there other issues besides
time that may become problems?
