I need a program that will add webmasters websites (with minimal
information; title, description, name, email, and domain) to a common
winpoka-poker-links.php file which will be hosted on each of the link
exchange members websites. The program must run from my winpoka server
automatically and update and check all the sites on the link exchange
list weekly. The process is explained below.

1. Have user download current winpoka-poker-links.php file from
winpoka server to http://www.domain.com/winpoka-poker-links.php

2. Have user copy and paste one of the http://www.winpoka.com/ and
http://www.domain.com/winpoka-poker-links.php cells onto their
homepage.
*Software - Must verify that the link to http://www.winpoka.com/ with
"poker freeroll" anchor text is intact without a rel="nofollow" tag
attached. The software must also verify that the
winpoka-poker-links.php file has been placed in their main directory
http://www.domain.com/winpoka-poker-links.php

3. Have user input the domain name they wish to exchange links with,
it's title and description, along with their first name and primary
email address.
*Software - Add base domain (must end in TLD like .com, .ca, .net,
.us, etc.), domain title and description, first name, and e-mail
address to MySQL database upon user's completion of form - also
remember to check that the site in question has linked to
http://www.winpoka.com/ and that their winpoka-poker-links.php file is
intact and ready to be updated.

4. The software will now email a confirmation email us at winpoka so
we can log the link exchange ourselves.

5. The software must then update ALL of the link exchange member's
winpoka-poker-links.php files automatically to have the new website
included in their lists.
*The software must only send out the new website's information and not
replace it with the winpoka-poker-links.php file every time somebody
adds a new link, as the list will probably grow in size very quickly
and sending out that same file to thousands of websites will cost more
bandwidth than it is worth.

A working example would be..

Owner of site A visits Winpoka and wishes to be added to our link
exchange network..
Site A fills out his information, and alters his website to include
the link to winpoka and his winpoka-poker-links.php file.
Site A hits submit and his submission is sent to sites B-Z's
winpoka-poker-links.php files (the other 25 members of the link
exchange)
Site A's link can now be found on 	A.com/winpoka-poker-links.php,
B.com/winpoka-poker-links.php, C.com/winpoka-poker-links.php,
D./winpoka-poker-links.php, etc. and so can B-Z's websites.

I will be the sole user of this software. I will not sell or
distribute it without your permission. I do need your permission
however to distribute the winpoka-poker-links.php file freely to my
link exchange members.

Thanks, I already tried that and have yet to receive any bids at
all... I noticed someone asked a question about a custom script before
and it seemed to be answered by one of your employees, I was just
hoping there was maybe somebody at Google that would like to make $150
and code this for me? I'm possibly willing to pay more if necessary.
