I am looking for a list of real estate developers currently doing
projects in Florida.  I will need the names of the top 3-4 executives
in the firm along with their addresses, phone numbers, email
addresses, past projects locations and current projectsand loctations
, and their websites. It would be escpecially helpful if the list
could show which ones are using Joint Venture partners to fund a
portion of the projects.

As soon as it is possible.  The investors are in town now and I need
time to contact the developers, set up an appt to meet with the
investors and reveiw the deals that the developers have.  If you could
start with the southern portion of Florida (south half) on both coasts
and send me partial lists as you go along I can be working on them.

I have found about a dozen developers from a data base -- maybe more
-- mostly for the west coast south half of Florida. I need to organize
the information and then I might post them as an answer, while I try
to find more that I could add later as question clarifications. I'm
already reviewing another directory where I might find more, but I
will not know until I had reviewed it. Is this OK for you? Please let
me know.

Hello Buckaroo-ga,

This task is way more time-consuming than I estimated in the begining
-- gathering all the information you need requires navigating through
many websites, like to find the precise location of the projects, the
company executives who are not always mentioned in the websites,
eventually to decide whether a company is a developer or a broker,
etc. And finally, organizing the information clearly enough.

However, you asked me to deliver you partial lists so you could start
making contacts, and I'll do so with a first batch or six developers
(nine A4 pages of data), so while I keep digging for more information,
you don't get stuck, and can start doing your job instead.

This batch has a different organization. In my search I came across an
important development website in Brandenton County -- Promenade at
Riverwalk ( ). Looking for its
developer, the only reference I found was the real estate broker -- a
very important one. This broker seems to participate in joint-ventures
with other partners in project developments, and it mentions all its
partners for the long list of developments they commercialize. Hence,
next you'll find this broker, its developments and, for each, the
corresponding development partners. I kept the ordinal numbers (from

I know your question is answered, but I did a similar kind of project
about 2 years ago for a company I was working with.

The best way, that I found, to obtain this information is to contact a
developing broker or management company - such as The Florida Store
Ltd - or USA Vacation Quest Ltd (DOn't
have an URL for them) who are making the break into developing their
own communities now.  They'll be more than happy to help you out, if
