You have to create a MySQL database on server and you need to use PHP
(cause yahoo support PHP & MySQl) to save the information. If you need

What you are looking to accomplish is nothing too incredibly complex. 
You may, however, find it worthwhile to hire a programmer to do the
PHP/MySQL programming. This can be a low-cost alternative to figuring
it out on your own.
