I need to find a company that will go into a car dealership, and
pretend to be a customer that has to finance their automobile.  This
pretend customer must go into the F&I office,proceed with the
paperwork needed to consumate the purchase of a vehicle, and evaluate
the F&I manager on all legal compliance issues, and provide feedback
to the dealership. Legal compliance should include Regulations
Z&M,(Truth in Lending disclosure) Safeguards rule, Equal credit
opportunity act(ECOA) etc.  Do not include mystery shoppers for the
sales dept.
