Bobinflorida-ga,
Thanks for giving me the go-ahead on this.

Many Secretary of State offices will make available a company's
Articles of Incorporation/Organization upon request (sometimes for
free, sometimes for a fee).
These documents often contain ownership and shareholder information of
the sort you're looking for. I did not see instructions at the site
for making such a request, but you may want to contact their office

By the way, I came across a revealing newspaper article from 1996 that
talks about part-ownership by St. Joseph's Regional and Blue Cross,
but bear in mind, the info may no longer be current:
Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (Little Rock, AR)
October 16, 1996
Blue Cross joint venture expects to serve 21 counties
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has signed a preliminary agreement
with eight Arkansas hospitals to form a new health-care network
serving 21 counties in and around Hot Springs, Fort Smith and
Northwest Arkansas...The proposed joint venture would create a new
Blue Cross subsidiary, half-owned by Blue Cross, the state's largest
insurer. The remaining 50 percent would be owned by Washington
Regional Medical Center -- a private nonprofit 294-bed hospital in
Fayetteville -- and St. Louis-based Sisters of Mercy Health System,
which owns seven of the eight hospitals...
Sisters of Mercy officials said the new joint venture evolved out of
Blue Cross' relationship with St. Joseph's Regional. The Hot Springs
hospital last year became a 50 percent owner in Hot Springs Health
Partners, a Blue Cross subsidiary whose operations are similar to the
larger joint venture now being discussed...
"This relationship just kind of grew from that existing partnership we
have with Blue Cross," said Barbara Meyer, a Sisters of Mercy
spokesman. "The Hot Springs partnership will be rolled into this joint
venture. That's the intention."

I can't reproduce the full article, since it is copyrighted, but you
may want to have a librarian track down the full article for you,
since it contains some worthwhile additional information.
